APT Mobile SatCom Limited's first satellite， APSTAR-6D (also known as 'Shenzhen Star')， is the world's first high-throughput satellite customized for broadband satellite communication. Currently，APSTAR-6D has the largest communication capacity among Chinese civil and commercial satellites, with the largest number of beams, widest coverage, and strongest signal in the Ku/Ka band . The satellite is positioned at 134° east longitude, covering approximately one-third of the Earth's surface in the Asia-Pacific region, including China, Russia, Japan, South Korea, India, Australia, New Zealand, and Hawaii. APSTAR-6D has increased bandwidth by an order of magnitude compared to traditional satellites. Its communication capacity is 50Gbps, many times higher than traditional satellites, providing gigabit-level bandwidth access services for individual ships and hundred-megabit-level bandwidth access services for individual aircraft, effectively meeting the high-speed internet needs of aircraft and ships in the Asia-Pacific region.
